Main Access Road/Driveway to Home (Repair)
A beaver-related excavation compromised approximately 25 linear feet of the driveway located between two terraced ponds. The burrowing activity created a material risk of structural failure and imminent collapse of the pond barrier and driveway section.

To stabilize the area and restore safe access, approximately 30 loads of pond-dugout material were placed to rebuild the subgrade and fill voids created by the beaver tunnels. An additional 10 loads of shale were applied as a topping layer to reinforce the surface and provide improved compaction and long-term stability.

All work was completed to mitigate further erosion, prevent barrier breach, and restore the functional integrity of the driveway.

Multi-Acre Horse Arena
This was a large leveling project done with our dozer at the hands of our dozer specialist (20+ year dozer specialist).

1.75 Acre Waterfowl Wetland
This project presented a unique challenge due to the low clay content and high sand presence in the Red Fork River basin. Conventional pond and wetland construction methods were not suitable for the native soil conditions, requiring a tailored approach to ensure long-term stability and dependable water retention.

Our team engineered and shaped a custom waterfowl habitat designed for sustained seasonal use. Once filled, the site provides an ideal environment for wood ducks, teal, and other waterfowl native to Oklahoma. The final layout supports natural movement patterns, feeding behavior, and safe landing zones while maintaining structural integrity despite the sandy subsurface.

Built as a multi-generational asset, this habitat will serve our client, their family, and their guests for years to come—supporting consistent limits throughout duck season and creating a reliable destination for outdoor enjoyment. The project stands as a strong example of how thoughtful dirt work and site-specific engineering can turn challenging soil conditions into a successful long-term waterfowl resource.

1500ft Woodland Driveway
we installed an oversized 60-inch culvert to manage heavy water flow and protect the new roadway from washouts. The driveway was then built up with numerous loads of custom-ordered creek gravel selected for compaction, drainage, and aesthetic appeal.

Midway through construction, a natural spring was identified crossing the planned roadway. To ensure proper water management and protect the driveway from saturation and erosion, we added secondary drainage ditches running along both sides of the road. This allowed us to intercept and redirect spring water, ensuring long-term stability and full functionality in all seasons.

The completed project delivers reliable access through heavily wooded terrain, with proper drainage, a reinforced base, and a clean, well-graded finish designed to perform for years to come.

Large Scale Brush Hogging
This ongoing project involves maintaining approximately 100 acres of rolling hills and mixed pastureland in Cherokee County. The terrain requires heavy-duty brush hog mowing capable of managing tall grass, seasonal overgrowth, and scattered brush across varied elevations.

As a repeat client who does not reside on the property, the landowner relies on us to keep the acreage clean, accessible, and visually well-maintained throughout the year. Our large-scale mowing program ensures the property stays healthy, reduces fire hazards, limits the spread of unwanted vegetation, and preserves the long-term usability of the land.

With consistent scheduling and careful attention to changing conditions, we provide comprehensive, dependable maintenance that keeps the property in top condition regardless of season or growth cycle.
